·Realizing sales and margin targets (AOP) for his/her customer base
·Establishing and managing customer penetration plan, giving inputs for strategic plan of PPS.
·Generating of new business within and outside the existing business contacts.
·Clarify specifications (electrical, mechanical & safety) for new projects together with customer and feedback to internal R&D.
·Closely follow-up new development project with customer and monitor the release process.
·Get insight of customers’ demand and follow-up ordering process with internal.
·Handling of price negotiations, payment management and playing a coordinating role in quality matters and logistics.
·Building and managing an excellent relation with customer take into account the objective and strategy of PPS.
·Secure major share via customer satisfaction.
·Area of responsibility : South china
3)Profile of the candidate
·Level of Education : Bachelor of Engineering (Major in Electrical or Electronics).
·Experience:
·Min 2 years hands on in inductive components and/or psu manufacturing or design
·Min 5 years commercial experience with 2 yrs managerial position.
·Skills:
·Good technical knowledge in inductive components and/or psu.
·Good knowledge in release process and testing including Electrical, Mechanical, Physical, EMI, Safety… etc.
·Good communication skill(both English and Chinese).
·Good negotiation and sales skill.
·Type of person: Local , female or male age under 40
·Team worker
·Generally good looking with strong personality.
·No “talk only” behaviors. Must be result and service oriented.

| | | | | | | | 職責(zé)和要求： | Responsibilities
· Monitor smooth supply of mechanical components by ensuring capacity, quality, delivery and customer service through regular review of suppliers’ performance and hence contributing to CLIP of 95% or above.
· Achieve price reduction targets by proactive development and implementation of price reduction strategies (e.g. supply base leveraging, e-Auction, concept, re-allocation, … etc)
· Assist purchasing section to drive and sustain continuous improvements in purchasing process.
· Review and support in developing and implementation of commodity supply base strategy.
· Actively participate in project team to ensure project progress is being properly managed throughout PCP milestones (including ramp-up) in the areas of risk management and material availability.
Job Specifications
· Academic/Professional Qualification: Degree or college in engineering, preferably in Mechanical.
· Working Experience: Min. 8 years solid experience in Purchasing. Hold similar job position for at least 2 years.
· Expertise/ Skills: Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, good Exposure in commercial Environment and project management.
· Personal Attributes: Strong drive, commitment and analytical power. Can work and contribute in cross-functional team, able to withstand pressure, customer focus
