Position: Executive Search Researcher

Job description
- Provide professional recruitment services to both multinational and domestic clients in Financial Services industry
- Compile search strategy upon the kicking-off for assignments
- Execute different modes of engagements for clients assembling various research tools to ensure a quality and effective process
- Involve in full process execution of sourcing prospects, interviewing candidates, profiling assessments, documenting premium candidates, developing progress reports, conducting references and facilitating offer negotiations
- Assist in Business Development for new clients/projects
Desired Skills and Experience
We are seeking a highly motivated and confident individual who is ready for a challenging position:
- Bachelor/Master degree from top tier universities
- Good business sense and ability
- Excellent communication skill and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin
- High intellectual curiosity, energy, and personal integrity
