本科時就一直覺得我們的英語學(xué)習(xí)氛圍不好，不是一般不好，是相當(dāng)?shù)牟缓茫�四級考試的時候還有很多人作弊。。買ＴＩ，買耳機(jī)之類的，而且發(fā)現(xiàn)在低年級的同學(xué)中有擴(kuò)大化的現(xiàn)象。。每當(dāng)四六級考試之前各種與作弊有關(guān)的小廣告都會風(fēng)靡整個小院。。感覺很心疼。。作為工科學(xué)生，可能大家在沒找工作前還沒有意識到英語的重要性。。找工作的時候，發(fā)現(xiàn)有一些外企來校面試，待遇都很不錯，但對英語要求挺高的，有的單位公司的介紹就是用英文寫，面試也要用英語。。有很多專業(yè)知識強(qiáng)，但是英語弱的人都打了退堂鼓。。這些單位即便是在名校里招人，也很嚴(yán)格的。只要我們英語水平提上去，我們不但可以增加很多就業(yè)機(jī)會，而且會提高就業(yè)質(zhì)量，看看現(xiàn)在很多同學(xué)在為四級擔(dān)心，過了四級的也很少有人認(rèn)真準(zhǔn)備六級，至少在我本科階段，過六級的學(xué)生很少，不是個人能力不行，而是大家都不怎么看六級，覺得四級過了，就ＯＫ了，像是過了很大的一個關(guān)，總體的對六級的重視程度就不夠，找工作的時候發(fā)現(xiàn)很多好的單位，要求英語水平。。再想準(zhǔn)備都晚了。。其實四級能考到五百多分的人，我想好好準(zhǔn)備，過六級不是很難吧？？希望學(xué)校的同學(xué)們和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)們能夠重視起來，把英語的總體水平提上去。。至少有一點(diǎn)，我對學(xué)校的做法不滿意。。
就是大一的時候要通過所謂的校內(nèi)測試才可以考英語ＳＩ級，一直覺得是在掩耳盜鈴，大一，多么重要的一年，很多同學(xué)那時候還保持著高中時的斗志，他們還很有學(xué)習(xí)的勁頭，可是偏偏學(xué)校的這個政策，不讓他們報英語ＳＩ級，不讓報，當(dāng)然就沒有動力去準(zhǔn)備了。。誰也不會為了一個英語提前一年多開始準(zhǔn)備吧。。這就使同學(xué)們失去了一個過四級的絕佳的機(jī)會。。而且會是連鎖反應(yīng)。。我倒覺得應(yīng)以學(xué)生畢業(yè)時的總體過ＳＩ級和ＬＩＵ級率來衡量學(xué)生，而不是看每年通過率。。希望學(xué)校改一下政策。。取消這一限制，讓新生們可以自由報，自由考。。不要打消大一考ＳＩ級的積極性。。堅絕杜絕大一要經(jīng)測試才可以報考的這種掩耳盜鈴的行為。。。

I think English is very important for everyone in university .
I have the experience that English let me uncomfortable when I want get new job or change my mind with our oversea client.I remeber that I didn't take care of my English ability when I was in university .But you will find you lose alot of chance to improve your chance and experience if your English is not good ,especially  spoken English .Sometimes it will be a big problem for you if you can't understand the foreigner's opinion.You don't know you do right or wrong .
Examination is a part of our university life,but you pass the Examination ,you can communicate with foreigner very well,I advise our schoolmates to open your mouth and speak loudly,try to do it best.like liyang ,tell yourself in English ,then go to find some friend to talk with them in English .This is my suggestion,although my English is not good ,but I experience the press when I am working in large company ,now  I must face the challenge form English everyday.I practice English by phone sb or watch English movie ,I always think my English ability develop slowly,I want myself can enhance in oneday or onenight,but I can't do like that,I think most of person learn English have the same feeling.So learning English is no shortcut for current person,only practice it in real environment,you can learn first than usual,find friends who are good at English and talk with them ,depend on yourself ,don't hope someone can help you actively ,you are frist to open your mouth to invite them and talk with them to speak English.Don't let the time pass and no anything left,you should pay more attention to it.University life is very short ,please hold it and learn English very well.
Younger schoolmate,I hope you can do it well ,can get more chance by your English ability and professional knowledge.
Don't shy,lose your face today ,that means you have a good face tomorrow .Don't like me ,I am still learning English after I graduated form university three years ago under high press in my company.
I can write so much that  I can't imagine .If you can insist ,you will win the game of job.Everything is easy ,Go on and  trust yourself ,you can do it better than me .
You will enjoy the work in the future ,if you master the language.
